NO JESUS, NO LIFE; KNOW JESUS, KNOW LIFE – Pastor Isaac Olutimehin

John 14:6 KJV
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”.
MESSAGE
☆☆☆ Today, many people who claim to be enjoying life, don’t really understand what is life.
☆☆☆ Many are lost, caged by the devil and are suffering.
☆☆☆ People who have forsaken Jesus are actually walking in darkness and have lost the right direction.
☆☆☆ They are operating at the opposite side of life.
☆☆☆ Jesus himself said👇
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” – John 14:6.
☆☆☆ Jesus is simply saying here that he is the only way to God and no other way. You want to see God, accept Jesus and let him take you through the right path.
☆☆☆ Jesus is the Truth, meaning that those who claim to know another way to God are liars.
☆☆☆ Jesus is Life. This is where we shall spend some little time.
☆☆☆ What is Life?
☆☆☆ Life itself is the difference between when a man is born and when he dies.
☆☆☆ There are 3 points we need to note and discuss here: Let’s call them points B, C, D.
☆☆☆ Point ‘B’ is when a man is born.
☆☆☆ Point ‘C’ is Christ.
☆☆☆ Point ‘D’ is when a man dies.
☆☆☆ Beloved, what is called life is actually the difference between points ‘B’ and ‘D’.
☆☆☆ You will notice that point ‘C’, Christ, is standing between points ‘B’ and ‘D’. Time of birth and time of death.
☆☆☆ The sad part of it all is that many people skip point ‘C’, Jesus.
☆☆☆ Anyone who does not have Jesus, is dead while alive. Such a fellow is a walking corpse.
☆☆☆ There is nothing called life without Christ.
☆☆☆ No man can make it to heaven where the father (God) is, without passing through the son, Jesus.
☆☆☆ That’s why Jesus is the only way to God.
☆☆☆ The most interesting part of it all is that, every soul that knows Jesus shall equally rise on the resurrection morning.
For Jesus himself said👇
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live” – John 11:25.
☆☆☆ The fact that Jesus resurrected, differentiated him from all others who claimed to be a messiah.
☆☆☆ If Jesus had died and didn’t resurrect, none would have been saved today.
☆☆☆ Jesus died and on the third day, he resurrected. Through that act, Jesus conquered death.
☆☆☆ This is why Jesus openly declared that he is the resurrection and the life.
☆☆☆ To those of us who are still alive today, the good news also is, whatever good thing that is dead in our lives shall equally resurrect.
☆☆☆ Is there anyone out there, reading this prayer message today, who is yet to accept Christ; Jesus is waiting for you now.
☆☆☆ Please don’t delay for tomorrow may be too late. Read 2 Corinthians 6:2.
PRAYERS
1. Father, let the power of resurrection bring back to life, every good thing hitherto dead in my life.
2. Oh God my father, don’t allow the suffering of Christ, on the Cross, to be in vain in my life.
3. Every dead potential in my life, what are you waiting for, resurrect now.
4. The grave could not hold Jesus captive, father, take me out of every captivity of life in Jesus name.
5. Father, let my buried Glory and star resurrect from today in Jesus name.
6. I refuse to be a waste to my generation like Methuselah.
7. Help me Lord to live a purposeful life and to make positive impacts upon my generation.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
On this resurrection morning, I decree, every buried Glory and star shall rise and live gloriously again.
To those in the captivity of Satan, I decree and declare, the light of God shall shine upon you today to rescue your soul in Jesus name.
The oppressed shall be delivered and the captives set free in Jesus name.
To somebody out there, I decree, the blood of Jesus, shed upon the Cross of Calvary, shall speak for you in Jesus name.
Jesus is the way maker, he shall make ways for you in Jesus name.
Those who are currently struggling to make ends meet, I prophesy, before the end of today, the Lord shall come through for you in Jesus name.
Jesus is the reason for this season, may the joy of Easter fill your life and home in Jesus name.
