The event was organized by the City Boys Movement as part of its South-South National Youth Tour and took place in Benin City, Edo State.

The programme was expected to attract a large crowd of APC supporters, especially young people from across the South-South region.

However, pictures and videos shared online appeared to show a poor turnout, with many seats left unoccupied.
