Exodus 4:2-3 KJV
[2] “And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod”.
[3] “And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it”.
*MESSAGE.*
☆☆☆ “What is that in thine hand”?
☆☆☆ Moses might have wondered why this kind of question from the All seeing and All knowing God.
☆☆☆ Was Moses actually aware of the power behind the rod in his hands?
☆☆☆ Was he aware of the kind of rod he was carrying?
☆☆☆ Beloved, before that encounter with God, Moses was carrying an ordinary rod in his hands.
☆☆☆ All the rod could do before then was to direct the flock.
☆☆☆ However, immediately Moses surrendered the rod to God, power changed hands.
☆☆☆ The rod was no longer the rod of Moses but it became the rod of God. Read Exodus 4:20.
☆☆☆ It was the rod that later parted the Red Sea, read Exodus 14:16; Isaiah 10:26.
☆☆☆ It was the rod that brought water out of the Rock for the children of Israel to drink when they were thirsty. Read Numbers 20:11.
☆☆☆ With the same rod Moses performed signs and wonders. Read Exodus 4:17; 7:9-21.
☆☆☆ Through that same rod, God gave victory to the children of Israel over their enemies. Read Exodus 17:9.
☆☆☆ Beloved, whatever a man surrenders to God cannot remain the same again.
☆☆☆ It is no longer under the control of man anymore but God takes over full control.
☆☆☆ When you surrender your marriage to God, you cannot be barren.
☆☆☆ When you surrender your business to God, that business can never go bankrupt.
☆☆☆ When you surrender your job to God, you can never be stagnated or intimidated any more.
☆☆☆ When you surrender your children over to God, they can never be wayward.
☆☆☆ When you surrender your entire family to God, there will be no way for the enemy to penetrate.
☆☆☆ Beloved, surrender those challenges to God and you will encounter the peace of God.
☆☆☆ Surrender that which is not enough now to God and you will never lack anymore. Read 1 Kings 17:8-16.
☆☆☆ Woman, surrender that wayward husband of yours to God and God will turn him around to become the best husband ever.
☆☆☆ Surrender the battles of your life to the hand of the Lord of hosts and you will enjoy victory without a fight.
☆☆☆ Surrender those intimidating and persecuting you into the hand of God and God will surely silence them all.
☆☆☆ Surrender your ways into the hand of God and he will create ways where none ever existed.
*PRAYERS.*
1. Oh God my father, please take over the battles of my life.
2. My father, my father, I surrender my journey through life into your hand, please create ways for me where men had said there was no way.
3. Father, shot the mouth of everyone waiting to mock me with bountiful tertimonies.
4. Father, take over the challenges of my life and don’t allow them to weigh me down anymore in Jesus name.
5. Oh you Lord of hosts, I handover to you the battles of household enemies tormenting my life, please Lord, give me victory in Jesus name.
6. Oh ye the All Sufficient God, I surrender my finances into your hand Lord, let me begin to experience a new wave of glory in Jesus name.
7. Father, connect me with tireless helpers who will not be tired in motivating me to achieve my dreams.
8. Oh God my father, please deliver me from the hands of my persecutors in Jesus name.
9. Send me divine help Lord to terminate endless struggles in my life.
10. Father, I commit my marriage into your hand Lord, let me experience a new wave of glory in Jesus name.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
May your hands become the hand of God from today in Jesus name.
May your fingers become the finger of God in Jesus name.
May your business experience and begin to manifest a divine touch in Jesus name.
I prophesy, your family shall begin to enjoy divine encouragement from today in Jesus name.
The grace to surrender all fully to God, may you receive today in Jesus mighty name.
I decree, declare and prophesy, the Lord shall turn your “rod” into his “Rod” for wonderful testimonies in Jesus mighty name.
