“I Can Never Worship Any Human Being – Gov. Sim Fubara Fires Wike
Governor Sim Fubara has openly declared that despite appreciating the support and political role played by former Rivers governor Nyesom Wike, he can never worship any human being.
Fubara stated that only God deserves worship, adding that human beings are merely vessels used by God to fulfill His purpose. According to him, God can use anybody — even an enemy — to change a person’s life and open doors.
The Rivers governor stressed that appreciating a leader should never be mistaken for total submission or worship.
“If that is my sin, let me answer it,” Fubara said.
