FCTA Seals FIRS, Access Bank, Total Station Over 25-Year Ground Rent Debt

The FCTA has sealed the Wuse Zone 5 office of FIRS, an Access Bank branch, and a Total petrol station over decades-long ground rent defaults.

The FIRS office reportedly owes 25 years in arrears, while the bank’s building has 34 years unpaid. This enforcement follows the revocation of 4,794 property titles across Abuja for ground rent non-payment spanning 10 to 43 years.
