Matthew 5:16 KJV.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven”.

MESSAGE
☆☆☆ We all know the importance of light and the evils prevalent in darkness.
☆☆☆ Someone once said, darkness reveals the importance of light.
☆☆☆ However, many claim to love the light but unconsciously, their actions and deeds point to the contrary.
☆☆☆ Please read the encounter below, of a man who went to visit his blind friend and note what he observed.

✓✓ Read his story 👇

I visited a friend of mine, who is blind. And because it was night he did something that taught me a lesson.

Upon entering the house, he switched on the light.
And I asked him, “why did you put on the light yet you can’t see?”
He laughed for a long time, switched off the light and went to the kitchen.

After a short while he came with a pot of tea and eggs, placed them perfectly well on the table and switched on the light again.

What he said made me shed tears because he said to me, MR DEE, I did not put on the light for my own sake or because I needed it, I did it for you because you needed it since you are not blind like me”.

Then he asked me, MR DEE,
How many times have you switched off the light for other people and denied them an opportunity to see light just because you yourself do not need it?”

✓✓ Think about this so deeply dear reader, and now I am going to ask you the following questions today.

☆☆☆ How many times have you put off your lights and denied others an opportunity to see the light while they are in darkness?

☆☆☆ Why would you let your accounts grow to millions and even billions while your brother’s child is out of school because your brother couldn’t afford the school fees?

☆☆☆ Why would you throw the clothes you don’t wear again into the trash bin while someone else out there is almost going naked?

☆☆☆ Why would food rot in your house while there is someone out there sleeping hungry?

☆☆☆ Why will you see a business opportunity and hide it without sharing with your friends when you know you won’t need it or use it?

☆☆☆ Why must you be living in mansions, in your comfort zone in town, while your parents are dying of hunger in their mud houses in the village.

☆☆☆ Out of the several cars stocked in your garage, how many can you ride in at a time, when you can help someone out there who doesn’t have one.

☆☆☆ You can’t sleep in two rooms at a time but then, you built mansions with several bed rooms, that are empty every night; while your old school mate has no place to put his head.

☆☆☆ Why will you be in a position to help someone get a promotion or a new job and you keep it because the person is not from your family lineage, tribe or religion?

☆☆☆ Why will you defame your brother or sister just because you don’t want someone to help them?

☆☆☆ Beloved, each of those questions above is equivalent to switching “Off The Light”*

☆☆☆ These are the things we should be mindful of as human beings.
☆☆☆ This is true religion, helping the needy and being there for those who do not have a voice.
☆☆☆ Remember that the scripture says👇

“Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”:
[42] “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink”:
[43] “I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not”.
[44] “Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee”?
[45] “Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me” – Matthew 25:41-45.

☆☆☆ How much care and love do you extend to your fellow brother?

☆☆☆ Many people seek the face of God in fasting and prayers, when just a little kindness and hospitality, extended to a brother in need; could have solved their problems.

☆☆☆ The word of God says👇

“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke”? – Isaiah 58:6.

☆☆☆ Some people are in position of authority, only to use same position to oppress others.

☆☆☆ Some rise to the pinnacle of their carrier but removed the same ladder they used in getting there, so that others won’t have the grace to use the same ladder.

☆☆☆ They should remember what the scripture says👇

“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” – Revelation 22:12.

☆☆☆ My brother, my sister, Please DON’T SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT.

PRAYERS
1. Father, please don’t allow the wickedness of men to switch off my light.
2. I refuse to position myself, as a stumbling block, against the lifting of others.
3. Father, please let me be and remain a vessel unto honour in your hands.
4. I will not become a vessel of dishonour in the hand of the Almighty God.
5. Oh God my father, unseat anyone using his/her position to delay my promotion.
6. Any power trying to switch off my light, just because it’s shinning in their eyes, I paralyze you all in Jesus name.
7. You household enemies, using your knowledge of my birth, to hinder my progress, I decree, the ground shall upon forth its mouth and bury you all alive in Jesus name.
8. Oh God my father, don’t allow my shinning light to go into extinction at the peak of its shinning in Jesus name.
9. The vehicle of my life shall not be grounded by the wickedness of men in Jesus name.
10. Father, let my light keep on shinning brighter and more brighter into the new day in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
I pray for somebody out there, reading this prophetic prayer message, that boss of yours who, out of envy; wants to put off your light, shall be removed and replaced this month in Jesus name.

For those who are using their mouth to run you down, I decree, the angel of God shall slap their mouth until they begin to use same mouth to speak good about you in Jesus name.

The wickedness of the wicked shall not be strong enough to silence you in Jesus name.

The brethren of Joseph eventually sponsored him to greatness, I decree, those standing on your way to the top shall the Lord use, as a bridge, for you to cross over to your next level of greatness in Jesus name.

Your destiny shall neither be delayed nor truncated in Jesus name.

Your life shall be a shinning light to those in darkness in Jesus name.

Those who see the glory of a man ahead of him shall not quench the light of your glory in Jesus name.

No devil, no witchcraft power, no demon shall switch off the light of your life in Jesus name.

The Lord shall make you a mighty tree where others shall take shelter in Jesus name.

Keep shinning on beloved, it’s your season and time to shine.
