Banji Alabi Esq Condemns Ipele Attack, Demands Justice for Owo Kingdom

Banji Alabi Esq has expressed deep sorrow and strong condemnation over the heartbreaking attack on Ipele, Owo Kingdom, which occurred on December 31, 2025. He described the incident as a painful wound to the collective conscience of the Owo people and all Owo-speaking communities.

 

In his reaction, Banji Alabi Esq extended his heartfelt condolences to the brave and resilient people of Ipele, Owo, and neighboring communities affected by the attack.

 

He condemned the act in the strongest terms, stressing that attacks on innocent lives and public institutions are unacceptable and must not be tolerated under any circumstance.

 

He stated that his thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims, the wounded, and the entire Owo Kingdom during this difficult time. Reaffirming unity and solidarity, he emphasized that Ipele represents the collective strength of the Owo people, calling for calm, courage, and togetherness in the face of adversity.

 

Banji Alabi Esq urged the relevant authorities to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that the perpetrators are identified and brought to justice. He also called on the Nigeria Police Force and the armed forces to act swiftly and decisively to restore security and prevent further attacks

While mourning the loss of properties at the Ipele Police Station, he expressed gratitude that no life was lost in the incident. He sympathized with the officers and men of the Nigeria Police Force serving in Ipele and acknowledged their sacrifice and bravery.

 

He further stated that he stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the Ondo State Government, community leaders, and all stakeholders during this challenging period, stressing the importance of collective leadership and cooperation in confronting insecurity.

 

Concluding his message, Banji Alabi Esq reminded the people of Owo Kingdom of their resilience and strength, noting that courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to rise above it. He reaffirmed his unwavering support for the people of Ipele and all Owo-speaking communities as they mourn the tragic events of December 31, 2025.
