APC confirms Another Top PDP Governor’s defection set for next week

Enugu state Governor, Peter Mbah has announced his readiness to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC) at an event schedule to hold in the state.

National leadership of the party, made the disclosure while swearing in the newly inaugurated members of the State executive of the party led by former state chairman, Ben Nwoye at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja on Friday.

Speaking during the swearing in ceremony, both the party’s national chairman and Deputy National Chairman, Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda and Emma Enukwu disclosed the efforts put in place to bring the governor into the ruling party.

While confirming the arrangements, the chairman of the newly inaugurated Chairman, Nwoye said that the governor with join the APC with the retinue of his appointees.
