MTN, Airtel, Glo Sue House of Reps Over Investigation Into Poor Network Services

MTN, Airtel and Glo have dragged the House of Representatives to court for investigating persistent poor network services in Nigeria.

The telecom operators are challenging the lawmakers’ constitutional powers to investigate their services, arguing that network regulation falls under the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

The case was filed on November 4, 2026, at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
