A lady in my church testified that she owed a man ₦10 million. She sells in Idumota, Lagos, and said her business had been struggling ever since she borrowed the money. For a whole year, she was only able to pay back ₦1.5 million.
Three months ago, the man started demanding his balance of ₦8.5 million. At some point, he even thre@tened to lock up her shop if she didn’t pay him. She tried everything to pay him back, but nothing was working.
Last Monday, she knelt down and cried to God for help. On Friday, she went to her shop and was surprised to see the man show up unannounced.
She was sc@red, but he told her to relax and asked, “Do you have ₦50k?” She said yes, that was all she had in her bank account.
He told her to transfer it to him and forget about the remaining ₦8.45 million.
She was shocked and asked him again if he meant she wouldn’t have to pay the balance after sending the ₦50k. He said yes.
