Tonto Dikeh lays foundation for new ministry
Tonto Dikeh, the Nollywood star, has laid the foundation for her newly established ministry, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT).
The actress shared a video on Instagram showing her leading members of the ministry to the project site, where prayers were offered to dedicate the work.
“Lord, we humbly dedicate this work into Your hands,” she captioned the post.
“May it serve [its] ultimate purpose for Your glory, and may every hand be blessed.
“To my spiritual father, thank you, PAPA, for your selfless leadership and for raising a generation of steadfast soldiers for the Kingdom. We love and honour you deeply.”
Dikeh had unveiled the ministry in August, describing it as “a spiritual home of consecrated believers”.
According to her, the movement’s vision is “to see a global awakening of consecrated believers operating in the raw power, purity, and presence of God transforming nations”.
She added that NWPT’s mission includes building “an interdenominational altar of prayer and revival”.
Dikeh’s spiritual transformation began last year after she openly declared her life to God. She is known to be an active member of cleric Jerry Eze’s NSPPD ministry.
The actress had previously opened up about being delivered from sexual immorality, anger, masturbation, and addiction since embracing her faith.
In March, she conducted a deliverance session for a female secondary school student, demonstrating her active involvement in spiritual ministry.
