Actress Biola Fowosere recounts losing businesses to seven robbery attacks

Nollywood actress Biola Fowosere has revealed that her businesses were attacked by robbers seven times within two years, forcing her to repeatedly relocate and rebuild her livelihood.

Speaking about her entrepreneurial journey, the actress said she began as a hairdresser, visiting clients in their homes before expanding into the sale of hair extensions, hair relaxers and men’s clothing materials.

She explained that after growing her business, she rented a larger shop where she added cosmetics and skincare products to her inventory.

According to Fowosere, it was at the new shop that her ordeal began, as armed robbers attacked and looted the business.

Despite the setback, she refused to give up and relocated her business to another area in the hope of avoiding further attacks.

However, she said the move offered little relief, as robbers continued to target her businesses, leaving her to suffer repeated losses over a two-year period.

The actress said the series of attacks tested her resilience but did not stop her determination to continue pursuing her entrepreneurial dreams.
