My wife asked me to shed those fake tears at our wedding — TikToker Peller reveals.

TikToker Peller recently revealed that the tears he shed during his high-profile wedding to Jarvis were completely fake and staged at his wife’s request.

He revealed this while speaking during a live stream in August 2026, the popular Nigerian content creator explained that there was “nothing emotional” about the ceremony because they had already been cohabiting as husband and wife beforehand. They officially wedded mainly because Jarvis’s family opposed them living together out of wedlock.

Peller stated he only shed the tears to please his wife and satisfy the expectations of her family. According to Peller, he and Jarvis already viewed themselves as married, making the public event a formality to “put it out there”.
