ASIWAJU MANDATE GROUP (AMG) OWO LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAPTER HOLDS SUCCESSFUL REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON JULY 9, 2026

The Owo Local Government Chapter of Asiwaju Mandate Group has held its strategic meeting, with a strong resolution to deepen grassroots mobilization and ensure resounding victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all Other APC Candidates in the 2027 general elections.

The meeting, held at Ijebu Owo under the leadership of AMG Owo Local Government Coordinator Alhaji Adeola Yunisa, was presided by the Organising State Secretary, Hon. Akeem Jimoh Humility

The session recorded a large turnout of committed stakeholders and was described by members as the beginning of a new chapter of a purposeful political engagement in the Local Government. After the released of the candidates across the state.

Deliberations*
In his opening address, the State Organising Secretary, in person of Hon. Akeem Jimoh Humility, gave a brief history of Asiwaju Mandate Group. He explained that the movement is Sponsored by the Honourable Minister of Interior, Hon Dr, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo’s people-driven support group committed to defending, promoting, and sustaining the *Renewed Hope Agenda* of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He charged members to see themselves as ambassadors of truth and development at the ward and unit levels.

Different speakers at the meeting emphasized the critical role of synergy between state, LGA, ward, and unit coordinators. They noted that elections are won at the grassroots, and that early organization with issue-based mobilization remains the only path to victory.

The State Organising Secretary, Hon. Akeem Jimoh Humility and other Leaders, stressed their need to engage young voters with facts and opportunities under the Tinubu administration.

RESOLUTIONS
At the end of the meeting, the following resolutions were reached:
1,The group also allured loyalty to the leadership of Hon. Dr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. The Honourable Minister for interior.
2. To appreciate the APC National Working Committee for their wisdom in ratifying the masses’ decision, in the choices of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Jide Ipinsagba and Hon. Timilehin Adelegbe.
3. To begin voter education and sensitization on the achievements of the APC government as lead by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
4. To preach unity, discipline, and issue-based politics within the party.
5. To work closely with other pro-Tinubu groups to ensure a united front for 2027 general election .

Closing remarks, Hon. Fatai Agbaje on behalf of Asiwaju Mandate Group (AMG) thanked all members for their commitment and charged them to go back to their Wards and begin immediate mobilization.

The meeting ended with the closing prayer said by Alhaji Isiaka Adesina who enjoined members to be committed and work tirelessly for the success of the party come 2027 general election.
