“Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.”

*MESSAGE:*
☆☆☆ The English dictionary defines a gate as a door-like structure, an opening or a passage, a movable barrier. While a door has been defined as a portal of entry into a building or a room.
☆☆☆ From the above definitions, doors and gates are both similar in meaning and in functions.
☆☆☆ However, from their usage in our bible verse for today, the gate leads to other doors.
☆☆☆ We also know that towns and villages have gates that lead to them. So also big houses have gates and doors leading to them.
☆☆☆ The major difference between a gate and a door is that, most gates are manned.

☆☆☆ For the purpose of our discussion and subsequent prayers, I prefer the English dictionary meaning of a gate, being “a movable barrier” or better still, “a movable embargo”.
☆☆☆ A barrier is an obstacle or an impediment limiting the movement of an individual to attain progress in life.
☆☆☆ From all these various explanations, be it a gate or a door, they are both movable embargoes that have hitherto been serving as obstacles or impediments to people’s successes or breakthroughs in life.
☆☆☆ Beloved, when an embargo is placed on somebody, nothing works for the fellow. The enemy can place an embargo on a woman to prevent her from getting pregnant.
☆☆☆ An embargo can be placed on a beautiful lady and no suitor will ever approach her for marriage.
☆☆☆ An embargo can be placed on a certificate, no matter how qualified the owner of the certificate may be, such certificate won’t get him a job.

☆☆☆ The good news today is that the heaven has roared “lift up your heads, O ye gates, and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors…” All embargoes must bow and be lifted.

*PRAYERS*
1. Oh God my father, let every embargo of delay, on my way, be lifted and uprooted now in Jesus name.
2. Oh ye gates of failure, introducing stagnation into my life, be closed permanently now in Jesus name.
3. Every gate of barrenness of any form, be lifted and be uprooted now in Jesus name.
4. Oh you spirit of disappointment at the peak of success, I am not your candidate, lose your hold over my life.
5. Every door, introducing affliction into my life, I shut you in the name of Jesus.
6. In the order of Numbers 14:28 and Exodus 14:15; I declare my ways open. I am moving forward.
7. Nothing good is permitted to die in my hands.

*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
Upon the authority in the word of God I stand to declare, every embargo placed upon your life and destiny is hereby lifted in Jesus name.
I decree and declare, every embargo placed upon the works of your hands are hereby lifted.
Embargoes placed upon your finances are lifted in Jesus name.
Woman I prophesy, every embargo placed upon your marriage is broken and lifted now in Jesus name.
The King of glory has stepped into your case.
Every obstacle and impediment to your success and breakthrough are hereby uprooted.

It is your turn to shine.
