Good morning Friends .

Today , I want to talk about one quality that separates those who dream from those who do: *persistence*.

Persistence is to character what carbon is to steel. Take the carbon out, and steel loses its strength. Take persistence out of a person, and talent loses its edge, genius loses its purpose, and education loses its value.

We live in a world obsessed with quick wins — viral moments, overnight success, shortcuts. But life does not reward shortcuts. Life rewards stamina. It rewards the entrepreneur who launches again after failure. The lawyer who studies one more case. The artist who revises the work ten times. The teacher who shows up for the student who won’t say thank you.

So let’s be honest:
*Talent alone won’t save you.* The world is full of gifted people who never finished what they started.

Genius alone won’t save you.
Unrewarded genius is almost a cliché.

*Education alone won’t save you.*

We are surrounded by learned people who never applied themselves.

What will save you? What will carry you across race, across borders, across professions?

“Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent”.

To every young person here this morning ( People Below age 80) : your path will test you. Doors will close. People will doubt you. Progress will feel slow. That is the furnace.

But if you carry persistence — if you have the carbon in your steel — you will come out stronger. Not because you were the most brilliant in the room, but because you refused to leave the room.

So as you step into your careers, your callings, your lives, commit to the grind behind the dream. Be the person who follows up. Who revises. Who shows up one more time.

Because in the end, success does not go to the fastest or the flashiest. It goes to the one who persists.

Stay locked in. The next piece will hit even harder.
