The senator representing Delta north senatorial district in the current senate assembly, Prince Ned Nwoko has responded to ground plan by former governor of Delta state, Ifeanyi Okowa to replace him in 2027 in the senate.

Ned Nwoko who has become notable for his championing the creation of Anioma state in the senate as the sixth southeast state, revealed today that he has informed his senatorial constituency his willingness to return to the senate in 2027 and continue “the work entrusted on him”.

Senator Ned Nwoko revealed that he was welcomed today in Asaba by his constituents–insinuating that his 2027 senatorial aspiration resonates with his constituents in a manner that made him emotional and committed to his vision for his senatorial district.

I have formally told my people: I am returning to the Senate to continue and complete the work they entrusted to me.
