Obesere’s wife declares for Ibadan Reps seat under APC
Sekinat Adelakun Akande, wife of Fuji musician Abass Akande Obesere, has declared her intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency under the All Progressives Congress.
She made the declaration at St. Cyprian Primary School in Ibadan, where party members and supporters gathered.
Adelakun said she is prepared to represent the constituency and contribute to legislative development, while seeking the support of party stakeholders and voters.
The event drew attendance from APC members and local supporters.
