2 killed as Toyota Sienna crashes on Lagos bridge

An overnight road accident involving a Toyota Sienna vehicle has claimed two lives in the Fadeyi area of Lagos.

It was learnt that the incident occurred on Dorman-Long Bridge inwards Fadeyi.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed the incident in an X post on Monday morning.

The agency said the trapped driver was rescued from the wreckage by LASTMA officers on the scene.

LASTMA said the casualties have been taken to the nearest hospital for medical attention.

“Men of the Nigeria Police have been contacted,” the agency added.
