Nollywood Actor and Broadcaster, Chief Timothy Agboola, D!es

Chief Timothy Agboola, an Ijesa-born Nollywood actor and broadcast journalist popularly known as “Ereke ni Shop,” has died after a brief illness.

He passed away on Wednesday, March 11.

His death was announced in a statement by the Corporate Communications Secretary of the Association of Nigerian Broadcasters, Akolade Adekola, on behalf of the association’s National President, Abdulrazaq Abdulganiyu.

The association extended condolences to his family, members of ANBROAD, the Forum of Elders, and the Lagos State chapter, describing his passing as a great loss to the broadcasting and entertainment industry.
