DEALING WITH THE HIJACKERS OF YOUR INHERITANCE – Pastor Isaac Olutimehin
2 Samuel 16:3 KJV.
“And the king said, And where is thy master’s son? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the kingdom of my father.”

☆☆☆ Absalom, the son of David, had rebelled against his father. David had fled from Jerusalem and went into hiding.
☆☆☆ Those who wanted to assure David of their loyalty, located his hiding place, and came to visit him.
☆☆☆ One of such people was Ziba, the servant of Saul. He had also come to visit David. He even came with food and drinks for king David.
☆☆☆ You will recall that this same Ziba took over the property of Saul after his death but David had restored same to Mephiboseth and had made Ziba and his 15 sons and 20 servants to become the servants of Mephiboseth. Mephiboseth would remain in the palace eating and dinning with king David. Read 2 Samuel 9:9-10.
☆☆☆ You will also remember that this Mephiboseth was lame. It was clear that Ziba wasn’t happy with the king’s decision but couldn’t do anything until the opportunity presented himself for him to fight back at Mephiboseth.
☆☆☆ He therefore lied against Mephiboseth to cause enmity between him and David. He succeeded because David believed him. Read 2 Samuel 19:25-27.
☆☆☆ Eventually, the same inheritance that David had restored to Mephiboseth, he now shared equally between Mephiboseth and Ziba. Read 2 Samuel 19:29-30.
☆☆☆ Beloved, as it was then, so it is today. My people have a saying that the same fellow who you have invited to come and eat but now holding your hand to stop you from eating. Did you get that!!
☆☆☆ Ziba was a slave but he positioned himself as the main heir of Saul’s heritage meant for Mephibosheth.
☆☆☆ Beloved, has it ever occured to you that the same fellow you have assisted to get a job in your company can be secretly planning to pull you down so that he can take your place!!
☆☆☆ That you have helped a man doesn’t stop him from betraying and destroying you at the slightest opportunity.
☆☆☆ The fellow you sheltered and fed, can turn against you tomorrow and become your enemy.
☆☆☆ The good news is that God is watching and whatever the enemy has stolen from you shall be restored.
*PRAYERS*
1. Oh God my father, please recover and restore to me all the benefits and entitlements that have been wickedly manipulated out of my reach.
2. Father, close the eyes of my benefactors to all the lies being packaged against me.
3. My God and my creator, expose and disgrace every Ziba trying to take over my inheritance.
4. Father, where I don’t have the opportunity to defend myself, raise a voice, that cannot be silenced; to speak on my behalf.
5. In the name of Jesus, I unseat every Ziba who has taken over the throne of my life.
6. My father, my father, take over my battles and contend with those who are eyeing my divine inheritance.
7. In the name of Jesus, my rights shall not be taken over by any infidels.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
I decree, every spirit of Ziba in your life, that destroys testimonies at the peak of success, shall be cancelled today in Jesus name.
Every spirit of Ziba that negates somebody’s joy at the peak of breakthrough, shall be roasted by fire in Jesus name.
I decree, every of your father’s inheritance taken over by mere slaves shall be restored to you from today in Jesus name.
Your testimony shall no longer be polluted in Jesus name.
Woman, the Lord has stepped into your marriage. Henceforth, you shall enjoy peace.
Those who are ganging up against you with lies to bring you down, I decree, God shall expose and disgrace them in Jesus name.
Every plan of any Ziba, hiding in your life to cause enmity between you and your destiny helpers; I decree, upon him shall the wrath of God fall in Jesus mighty name.
This is the season of your restoration.
