The 10th Alake of Egbaland, Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo III, has formally endorsed the Triangle 2025 Face of Africa Leadership Award for Excellence.

The royal endorsement was granted when the monarch received Otunba Femi Salako, Chief Executive Officer of Triangle International Magazine, who presented an official letter of invitation on behalf of the organisers.

During the visit, the revered traditional ruler expressed support for the award initiative, which seeks to recognise outstanding African leaders and promote excellence across the continent.

Oba Gbadebo is also scheduled to serve as Father of the Day at the Triangle International Awards ceremony slated for Thursday, April 2, 2026.

The prestigious event will take place at the Great Hall, Strand Campus of King’s College London, United Kingdom.

The organisers described the monarch’s endorsement as a significant boost to the credibility and international profile of the awards, noting his longstanding commitment to leadership, cultural heritage, and national development.
