AMCON cash recoveries jump 28% to ₦66.1bn — CBN

The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) recorded a 27.87% rise in cash recoveries to ₦66.12bn in the first half of 2025, up from ₦51.71bn in December 2024, the CBN has disclosed.

According to the CBN’s Financial Stability Report, cumulative recoveries climbed to ₦2.43trn, helping cut AMCON’s liabilities by 7.84% to ₦5.24trn, despite a decline in total assets due to ongoing asset disposals.
