Popular Ekiti Radio Caller, Iya Olowo Lati Itapa, Passes Away at 54

A popular Ekiti radio caller and Special Assistant on Mobilization to the Governor, Mrs. Ogundare Olusola, popularly known as Iya Olowo Lati Itapa, has passed away at 54.

A statement by the Office of Community Communications announces the passing of Mrs. Ogundare Olusola, Special Assistant on Mobilization to the Governor, assigned to the Office of Community Communications. She died at age 54 after a brief illness.

Mrs. Olusola was described as a passionate, selfless, and dedicated community leader and mobilizer who made significant contributions to community development and public discourse on Ekiti State radio stations.

The staff and political office holders in the Office of Community Communications, led by DG Mrs. Mary Oso-Omotosho, mourn her loss and celebrate her legacy of genuine commitment and loyalty.

Various radio listeners in Ekiti State and its environment have taken to Facebook to mourn her loss.
