ISAH PETER is bandit in Benue an Idoma from Agatu Community. He was Arrested together with MOSES PETER.

He was Responsible for the Attack in Anwule community in Benue State, which resulted in the killing many people INCLUDING A PASTOR – Responsible for violent attacks, killings and kidnaps on Otukpo – Oweto road in Benue State.
