The lawmaker representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Otunba Dr. Timehin Adelegbe, has extended warm congratulations to the newly installed Elemure of Emure Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Bankole Adeyefa, on his ascension to the revered throne of his forefathers.
The congratulations message was contained In a statement signed and released to Our Heritage Reporter by Hon. Olaniyi Eni-Olotu, Spokesperson and head of Adelegbe Media Team, where the federal lawmaker described the monarch’s installation and presentation of the instrument of appointment and staff of office as a moment of pride and renewed hope for the people of Emure Kingdom.

Otunba Dr. Timehin Adelegbe congratulates the Elemure of Emure, Oba Bankole Adeyefa on his ascension to the exalted throne of the Elemure of Emure land.
The lawmaker representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency in the National Assembly has congratulated the Elemure of Emure , Oba Bankole Adeyefa on his ascension to the throne of his forebears and the receipt of his instrument of appointment and staff of office from the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on Saturday, the 13th of December 2025. The Governor was ably represented at the event by the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Dr. Olayide Adelami mni.
Otunba Dr. Timehin Adelegbe expresses his full confidence in the ability of the newly installed Elemure of Emure Kingdom to provide quality traditional leadership to his subjects, judging from his sound educational background, experience and adequate exposure in life.
The lawmaker applauds the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for not dabbling into chieftaincy matters in the State and for respecting the wishes and stand of the Emure kingmakers in relation to their preference of Oba Bankole Adeyefa to other contestants.
While wishing the newly installed monarch a successful, peaceful and remarkable reign as the Elemure of Emure Kingdom, Otunba Adelegbe prays that God will grant him the divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding that he requires to steer the leadership of the Emure Kingdom.
The high ranking parliamentarian also called on the people of Emure to cooperate and support the newly installed monarch so as to enable him administer the affairs of the community under a very peaceful and conducive atmosphere.
