President Bola Tinubu says his government’s new reforms are designed to equip Nigerian youths with world-class skills, insisting that “education will drive down poverty.”
Hosting the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward, Tinubu highlighted expanded fibre-optic rollout, skills development programmes, and the student loan fund aimed at keeping young Nigerians in school.
Prince Edward praised the reforms and announced that 320 Nigerian youths will be honoured at the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award event in Lagos.
