Singer Kizz Daniel Faces Court Scandal, His Bank Accounts Reportedly Frozen
Popular Nigerian singer, Tobiloba Daniel Anidugbe globally known as Kizz Daniel is embroiled in an image denting scandal, faces fraud allegation.
In a now trending expose’ by one Nigerian social media user with the name Balikis, Kizz Daniel allegedly breached his contract with an unnamed party who is out to seek redress through the legal path. The plaintiff accuses Kizz Daniel of fraud amounting to $50,000.
Balikis while warning those who intend to book Kizz Daniel for their shows to be wary of him, narrated how the singer failed to show up at a show he had received $50,000 advance fee. She claimed that the singer deliberately refused fulfilling his part in the business agreement thereby making the second party suffer great loss in his business. She explained that Kizz Daniel who acknowledged receipt of the $50,000 advance fee, failed to render the services he was paid for and has refused refunding the fee.
Hence, she warns show promoters and entertainers to be wary of Kizz Daniel lest he ruins their business as he has done to theirs.
Balikis also revealed that Kizz Daniel faces litigation in Nigeria court and risks having his business account as well as his personal bank account being frozen in consequence. The plaintiff seeks the court to mandate Kizz Daniel to pay him the sum of £200, 000 for damages he suffered due to Kizz Daniel’s deliberate refusal to fulfill his own part of the business agreement and for refusing to refund the initial payment he received.
Additionally, Balikis alleged that Kizz Daniel has become notorious for sabotaging business deals with him by his blatant disregard for the parties involved in the business as well as his inability to honour such deals even after receiving part or full payment. She claimed that the singer by his hands, has ruined his once flourishing reputation and subjected his music career to ridicule.
She warns promoters and entertainers to shun Kizz Daniel lest he ruins their business.
The allegation against the “buga” crooner has attracted varying reactions from Nigerians across Nigeria social media communities. The singer whose name had previously not been linked to the current allegation he faces, is advised by Nigerians to conditioner out of court settlement with the aggrieved complainant.
