A dramatic scene reportedly unfolded in Abuja after a side chick allegedly attacked her married lover, locked him inside her apartment, and vandalized his car after he refused to sleep over.
The incident, which occurred on Sunday night, was shared by an Abuja-based lady, Dominic Rita, who claimed it happened within her residential compound.
According to her, the man had rented the apartment for his lover, but things went south when he told her he would not be spending the night.
In her words:
“This one happened for my compound o. A man rented a house for his side chick, and today they started fighting. The side chick used a turning garri stick to almost finish the man. She locked him inside the house, then ran outside where his car was parked and smashed the windows.”
Rita explained that residents had to call their landlord after hearing the commotion. The landlord reportedly broke down the door to rescue the man, who had sustained injuries.
“The man came out explaining that he has a wife, and the girl knows, but she wanted him to sleep over. Because he refused, she beat him up. His face was swollen, with blood and shaky teeth,” she added.
The eyewitness humorously concluded by wondering what excuse the man would give his wife after the night’s ordeal.
The video and narration have since gone viral on social media, with some users mocking the man for putting himself in such a compromising situation, and others criticizing the lady’s violent behavior.

However, men in the comment section criticized the side chick and women supporting the act.
