Kidnappers Invade kogi community, Abduct Family in midnight horror

In the early hours of today, around 2:00 am, suspected kidnappers invaded the Idi Ogun area of Bareke, Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Eyewitnesses report that an entire family was abducted during the attack, though it remains unclear if the father of the household managed to escape. The incident has thrown the community into panic as residents lament the growing wave of insecurity in the area.

The attack reportedly lasted several minutes, with heavy gunfire heard before the assailants escaped with their captives. As of the time of this report, the exact number of victims and their conditions remain uncertain.
