……..No One Is Using Your Star — Hard Work, Not Excuses, Brings Wealth”………
Good Morning Nigeria,
A Call to Action: Hard Work and Productivity
I recently came across a disturbing report about someone who took his own life, claiming his “star” was transferred to a junior.
What a fallacy! What a lie from the pit of hell!
This Africa narrative that others are using our stars is a harmful excuse for poverty. It’s time to confront this mindset head-on.
*NO ONE IS USING YOUR STARS!* Hard work and productivity are the bedrock of wealth. We’ve been misled long enough. It’s time to take control of our lives and destinies.
*Biblical Wisdom*
– Proverbs 10:4: “Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.”
– Proverbs 14:23: “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”
– 2 Thessalonians 3:10: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.”
God created us to be productive, to create, innovate, and thrive. Our talents and abilities are meant to be used to shape our destinies through effort.
*Words of Great Leaders*
– Nelson Mandela: “There is no passion playing small—in settling for less than you’re capable of.”
– Kwame Nkrumah: “Forces uniting us are greater than influences keeping us apart.”
– Winston Churchill: “Continuous effort—not strength or intelligence—unlocks potential.”
*Roadmap to Greatness*
The stories of Joseph and David teach us that change is possible. Joseph went from being a prisoner to a prime minister, and David from a shepherd boy to a king. These stories show us that with hard work and determination, we can achieve greatness.
*Core Truths*
– Solving problems and commercializing them is the way to success. When you help solve a problem, money comes to you.
– People are poor not because they lack money but because they lack the ability to solve problems and commercialize them.
– Begging is inferior to your destiny. Your destiny is tied to the value you create.
*Biblical Insight*
Acts 16:9 says, “And a vision appeared to Paul in the night. A man of Macedonia was standing there, urging him and saying, ‘Come over to Macedonia and help us.’” The journey of greatness starts when you discover where your service is needed. Rendering help is an assignment everyone must fulfill; the help you render comes back to you in value and money.
*Pathways to Success*
1. Seek the face of God Almighty.
2. Engage in skill acquisition; learn a trade; learn to solve problems.
3. The more problems you solve, the more valuable, influential, and richer you become.
*Moment of Truth*
– Many jobs are gone and won’t return forever. Looking for what’s not there wastes time and insults dignity.
– The world has changed radically. We’re returning to where we started as entrepreneurs.
– Stop roaming streets looking for jobs that aren’t there; look for opportunities.
*Formula for Wealth*
– Money flows toward value: give value, get money.
– Americans are rich because they create value.
– Africa is poor because mineral resources aren’t refined and ready for exchange.
– You’re poor if you’re valueless… parading degrees but can’t solve problems.
*Charge to You*
– Be self-reliant: rely on God and your two hands; stop blaming others.
– Seek God’s face for direction; learn a trade; learn to solve problems for people.
– Be good in your trade; be irreplaceable; be courageous; be transparent; have integrity.
– When you give value to people, what comes to you is MONEY.
– The more value you give, the more money rolls in.
*Dream Big*
– Develop an imagination of a great future. Dream big. Act big.
– Where will you be in 5, 10, 15 years? Write it down; dwell on it.
– Draw a roadmap to achieve the dream—work hard.
– Age isn’t a barrier. Joshua went to war at 85; Col Sanders (KFC) started at 68.
*Final Words*
– God created you for a purpose (John 18:37). Know why you’re born; focus like a laser.
– You are destined to win.
– You make choices; choices make you. To change results, change thinking and actions.
– Change is possible.
– Believe in your dreams; don’t give up.
– Start now—age isn’t a barrier.
IF YOU HAVE THE WILL POWER—you can create the roadmap this morning. Pursue it with all the powers within you and live in absolute luxury. You will succeed.
