It Remain Small Make I Commot for Church” – Lady Recounts Painful Embarrassment at Deeper Life
A young woman, identified as Precious, has opened up in a viral video about the humiliation she suffered in the hands of her pastor during Sunday service at Deeper Life Church.
A Week of Preparation
According to Precious, she was given the responsibility of teaching the teenagers’ Sunday School class and had dedicated the entire week to preparing her lesson.
Last Sunday, my Sunday School teacher told me I will take Sunday School this Sunday, that’s today, I used one week to prepare for the Sunday School,” she narrated tearfully.
Pastor’s Sudden Interruption
On Sunday morning, she arrived at church, gathered her students, and began teaching. But just as the class was underway, the pastor suddenly appeared and questioned who was handling the lesson.
We got to church this morning, I was about to take the Sunday Sunday, my pastor said ‘who is taking that Sunday school?’ they said it’s Precious, the man said what? Precious? Who asked her to take Sunday School? Everybody get inside.”
The students were immediately ordered to leave the class, leaving Precious standing alone and humiliated.
Too Ashamed to Return Inside
Visibly shaken, she recorded a video outside the church, expressing how crushed she felt.
“Like now, I’m outside, I can’t even bear the shame, it remain small make I commot for church.”
Fighting back tears, she added a sobering reflection:
“It will take only the grace of God for somebody to enter heaven.”
Her emotional testimony has stirred conversations online, with many sympathising with her and questioning how such incidents affect young people’s faith and self-esteem.
