Civil Service Commission Releases Shortlisted Candidates From Recruitment Exercise

The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has released the list of shortlisted candidates from its recent recruitment exercise, which has been described as one of the most transparent in Nigeria’s history.

For the first time, fairness, merit, and inclusivity took precedence, setting a new benchmark for public sector recruitment. The process offered equal opportunity to all applicants, regardless of background or location, demonstrating that a better Nigeria is possible when systems function effectively.

The CSC has been commended for its diligence and integrity in managing the exercise, while Satlink Consult, the consulting firm that handled the process, received praise for its professionalism and efficiency.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, popularly known as Dan Talaka, was also applauded for ensuring inclusivity, with reports highlighting how even candidates from remote villages—such as a young man from Mapeo with no political connections—were given a fair chance and successfully recruited.
