The 2023 NNPP gubernatorial candidate in Jigawa State, Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, has dropped a bombshell! 💣 He claims former Governor Sule Lamido not Nyesom Wike is the true architect of the PDP’s crisis.
Ringim fired back after Lamido’s recent comments at a PDP gathering in Kirikasamma LGA, where the ex-governor vowed to stay in PDP but support the ADC coalition in the next elections mirroring Wike’s 2023 move with APC.
In a BBC Hausa interview, Lamido defended his stance, saying he’s following Wike’s playbook to challenge Tinubu’s government. But Ringim isn’t buying it:
Wike learned from Lamido! He’s just copying what Lamido did in 2013 the mastermind behind PDP’s 2015 collapse.
Ringim accused Lamido of driving away key PDP figures like Kwankwaso and Wike, costing the party 7 states including Kano and Jigawa. His words?
If PDP had kept those states, APC wouldn’t be in power today. Lamido, you’re the real problem, not Wike!
