Soludo Sparks Outrage with Controversial Statement on Crime in Anambra!

Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has ignited a firestorm of controversy with his recent claim:

“I have been in office for 3 years and 3 months, if we have arrested 100 cr!minals and k!dnappers, 99.9% of them are Igbos.”

This statement has sent shockwaves through social media, with many people questioning why a sitting governor would make such sweeping generalizations about his own community—especially in a region already struggling with negative stereotypes and insecurity.

Critics argue that instead of targeting an entire ethnic group, the governor should be concentrating on addressing the root causes of cr!me, creating job opportunities, and enhancing security without resorting to divisive language.

Others are asking: “If the state is unsafe under his watch, what has he really done to change the situation?”
