SUBEB Boss Suspends Salaries of Absentee Teachers

NSUBEB Chairman Dr. Kassim Muhammad Kassim has suspended salaries of all teachers at LEA Primary School Kurmin Shinkafa over prolonged absenteeism.

During a surprise visit, he found no staff present and pupils unattended. The teachers were ordered to write public apology letters and face reassignment, as Kassim vowed to restore discipline in basic education.
