One of the major contenders for the people democratic party tickets for the Owo/Ose House of representatives race who recently Withdraws from the race due to lack of party plans which are not free from bais and undemocratic, Hon Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO) has tendered his resignation letter.

This resignation letter was contained in a press statements released by Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO) to newsmen on 27th day of may 2022.

According to him, Sequel to the press release dated 22nd of May, 2022, which officially declared my withdrawal from the People’s Democratic Party’s House of Representatives primary election in Owo/Ose. I am using this medium to inform the general public of my total resignation from the People’s Democratic Party. This decision has been conveyed to the Chairman of Imoru/Arimogija ward 10, and the state leadership of the party, which also necessitated me to duly inform my teeming supporters, political associates, and the entire populace.

He expressed that it has been a great feat contributing his quota to the party and the development of the community at large, but it saddens his heart that the modalities set out by the party, with recent developments, had excluded the majority from the scheme of things and failed to provide a leveling playing ground for all aspirants.

He retirated that his commitment to salvage his constituency from her pauperized state is still in top gear, even as he journey in setting the pace for an inclusive representation and Nation building.

He wished the party well in her future endeavors and also appreciate every member of his campaign organization ,all constituents for showing unwavering support and commitment to our journey to greatness.

He further stated that Going forward, “the journey to actualize the dreams of his constituents is still much alive. In due course and that he will via his campaign organization, communicate our next line of action.”
