Tension in West Africa as Reports Claim Ex-President Jonathan Stranded in Guinea-Bissau After Coup”

Former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan is currently stranded in Guinea‑Bissau after a successful coup-de-tat which happened on Wednesday’s afternoon.

Jonathan had traveled to Bissau as head of the West African Elders Forum election‑observer mission for the November 23 presidential and parliamentary polls.

According to his former spokesman, Ima Niboro,Jonathan confirmed he is safe.

Nigerian government may intervene to ensure his safe return back to Nigeria, but if the Junta refuse guess what happen….. Nigerian forces may hit the ground on rescue mission to Guinea. No time!
