Thieves Break Into Ondo Governor’s Aide’s Car, Make Away With ₦260k and ID

The general public is hereby informed of a burglary incident involving the vehicle of Ogbeni Tayo Oluyi, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Ondo State on Technical Education.
According to the notice, the incident occurred at night within his residence, where unknown persons broke into and ransacked his vehicle without his knowledge. During the burglary, a sum of approximately ₦260,000 in cash was stolen. Also taken was his renewed Temporary Driver’s Licence bearing the name OLUYI AKINTADE OLUWATAYO.
Ogbeni Tayo Oluyi has clearly stated that the said driver’s licence was stolen during the incident and is no longer in his possession. He therefore disassociates himself from any use or misuse of the document.


Members of the public are strongly advised to treat the driver’s licence as stolen property. Anyone who comes across it is urged to exercise caution and report appropriately, as any activity carried out with the document is unauthorized.


The matter has been formally reported to the Nigeria Police Force, Oda Division, which has jurisdiction over the area where the incident occurred, and investigations are ongoing.


The public is advised to remain vigilant and disregard any transaction or identification attempt involving the stolen driver’s licence.
