“They Promised 30% ROI” – Brain Jotter Reveals How He Allegedly Lost ₦60m in Real Estate Investment

Brain Jotter says he invested more than $100,000 in a real estate scheme in 2021, expecting a 30 per cent return and property as collateral.

He claims that years later, neither the promised returns nor the property had been delivered.

He said the company later offered to refund his investment but allegedly proposed a 15 per cent deduction and an instalment payment plan, leaving him frustrated over the reduced value of his money.
