TAMPAN shares more details about actress Allwell Ademola’s final hours in the hospital
The Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of actress Allwell Ademola.
The Nigerian movie industry was thrown into mourning on Saturday, December 27, 2025, following reports of the actress’s sudden death. She was said to have suffered a cardiac arrest while being rushed to Ancilla Catholic Hospital in Agege, where she was later pronounced dead.
In a statement shared by Tunde Ola-Yusuf, Chairman of the TAMPAN Guild of Directors (TGD), it was disclosed that Allwell Ademola died after a brief illness. According to him, the actress had complained of breathing difficulties before she was taken to the hospital.
Further reports revealed that she was placed on oxygen upon arrival at the medical facility, but all attempts to revive her were unsuccessful.
As news of her death spread, fans and colleagues took to social media to mourn her, with some speculating that high blood pressure may have contributed to her breathing challenges and eventual passing. Others expressed shock over the tragic loss, describing her death as sudden and heartbreaking.
