Osun State Releases First Batch of Successful Teacher Recruitment Applicants
The Osun State Government has announced the first batch of successful candidates for recruitment into public primary and secondary schools across the state.
The government directed applicants to check their names online or at designated offices, including the Osun State Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Education, Teaching Service Commission, and the SUBEB headquarters in Osogbo.
According to a statement by the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi, successful applicants will begin collecting their letters of appointment on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Alimi noted that the recruitment is part of the state’s efforts to strengthen the education sector and improve learning outcomes in public schools.
Governor Ademola Adeleke congratulated the shortlisted candidates, urging them to see their appointments as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to education in Osun State.
“The state government appreciates the applicants for their patience and support in its efforts to reposition education,” the statement added, while reminding successful candidates to complete all necessary documentation before collecting their appointment letters.
