Nasir El-rufai Reveals The Secret Reason Tinubu Removed Ganduje As APC Chairman
Former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-rufai accuses the administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu of discreetly shortchanging the northern muslims.
Nasir El-rufai, a strong critic of the Tinubu’s administration claimed that president Tinubu’s recent overtures with the former minister of defence, Badaru Abubakar has some sinister undertone against the northern muslims.
He alleges that Badaru Abubakar was removed by president Tinubu as the defense minister and replaced with general Musa Christopher, a Christian because of Tinubu’s administration’s stance against the northern muslims. He added that former national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Abdullahi Umar Ganduje was forced to resign from his position as another manifestation of president Tinubu’s anti-northern Muslims stance.
Nasir El-rufai insinuated that the Tinubu’s administration is currently carrying out a “silent war against the northern muslims”, citing that northern muslims are being relieved of their positions and being replaced by christians.
Nasir El-rufai claim of president Tinubu’s carrying out a silent war against northern muslims has been responded to by the presidential media team– Bayo Onanugu in his response, described the former Kaduna state governor as a liar who is desperate to smear the goodwill of the president especially in the north. He urged Nasir El-rufai to seek a more potent lie to tell the public, noting that his mission has failed and that he is frustrated.
Nasir El-rufai who was pivotal to president Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s emergence as the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential flag bearer in 2023 and also contributed to his presidential election victory in the general elections, became a vocal critic of his erstwhile political ally after his failed ministerial screening.
Nasir El-rufai who has vowed to ensure that president Tinubu’s is not reelected in 2027, is currently championing coalition of political parties and politicians across the country with the view of building a formidable political party to challenge president Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
