In a shocking twist of fate, a London-based woman, Bhoomi Chauhan, narrowly escaped death after missing Air India Flight AI-171 by just 10 minutes. The flight, which took off from Ahmedabad on June 12, tragically crashed minutes after departure, killing all 241 passengers and 28 people on the ground.

Chauhan, who had been visiting family in India, was delayed due to heavy traffic and arrived at the airport too late to board. In a tearful interview, she revealed that her mind went blank upon hearing news of the disaster. “I only missed the flight by 10 minutes. I’m still shaking,” she said, visibly overwhelmed.

She credited her survival to divine intervention, emotionally stating, “I think Ganpati Bappa saved me.” The devastating incident has drawn global attention, as investigators search for answers and families grieve the tragic loss.
