The population and housing census, originally scheduled for May 3-7, 2023, was postponed indefinitely to April by former President Muhammadu Buhari It was done.

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the postponement of the 2023 Population and Housing Census, originally scheduled for May 3-7, to a date determined by the new administration.

 

 

The population and housing census, originally scheduled for May 3-7, 2023, was postponed indefinitely by former President Muhammadu Buhari in April.

 

Prime Minister Buhari had agreed to the postponement after a meeting with some members of the then Federal Executive Council. National Population Commission (NPC) Chairman Nasir Isakwara; And his team.
