One of the major aspirants who participated in the last APC gubernatorial primary election in ondo state Nat Adojutelegan has expressed his unpleasant heart with the outcome of the primary election which produced the incumbent Governor of the state as the candidate of APC in October 2020 election
According to the statement released by Adojutelegan on one of his media page he said:
Following extensive consultations with my supporters and detailed review of the shambolic Ondo State APC governorship primary election held on 20 July 2020, I have lodged an appeal against the outcome of the election before the Ondo State Governorship Primary Election Appeal Committee. According, I am seeking nullification of the primary election in the interest of good democratic and electoral practices, good governance and the general interest of the people of Ondo State.
I hold the firm belief that we cannot have good governance without free and fair elections.
