This is a Conflict of Interest. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR Justices Ogunwumiju to be NEUTRAL in a Case his Family is Involved and will BENEFIT from her Judgement.

Or is it a Case of Judgement before Judgement? The Chief Justice of Nigeria must remove her name from the Supreme Court Appeal Panel immediately.
