Insecurity: Fear grips Oyo residents as man on Ogun wanted list is sighted
There is a palpable fear among residents of Oyo State over a leaked document which revealed the movement of a man on wanted list in Ogun State and other states in the country, DAILY POST gathered.
DAILY POST reports that a leaked document revealed that one man identified as Boyi Actor who is on the wanted list of Ogun State and other states in the country was sighted in a black tinted car in Saki town.
Saki is in the Oke Ogun geopolitical zone in Oyo State and lies along the border of Oyo and Kwara States.

But, a document obtained by DAILY POST on Monday revealed the movement of the suspect in the state.
Sunday Odukoya, Executive Assistant on Security to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State in the memo addressed to the Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) urged the security agencies to beef up security in all the strategic places in the state.
Odukoya in the memo noted that information received revealed that the man who is on the wanted list of Ogun State and others States in Nigeria was sighted in a black tinted car though the make and model of the car is yet to be revealed.

He maintained that the suspect was sighted in Saki town in Oyo State.
He said that it was necessary for the NSCDC to quickly activate its security methodology along the exits/inlet points into the state.
He added that the governor’s office/government house, government installations, all schools, recreation centres, banks, bus terminals/garages, churches/mosques, security barracks/stations are to be well safeguarded by the security personnel.
The memo reads “Information received from the Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps revealed that One BOYI ACTOR ‘M’ who is on wanted list of Ogun State and others States in Nigeria was sighted in a Black Tinted Car though the make and model of the car is yet to be received from the Author.
“The suspect sighted in Saki town Oyo State. This means that, the suspect coming to Oyo State is to pave way for members of his group from Niger. Kwara, and Kaduna States. 3. It is necessary to quickly activate your security methodology along the Exits/inlet points into the State.
“More so, the following are to be concentrated on: Governor’s Office/Government House Government Installations All Schools (Universities/Secondary/Primary Schools) Recreation Centres Banks Bus Terminals/Garages Churches/Mosques Security Barracks/Stations.
“Finally, visibility of security operatives and vehicle patrol system should be enforced”.
DAILY POST gathered that fear has gripped many residents of the state as a result of this memo.
Those who shared the memo on social media platforms called for more security presence in the state.
A resident of the state, who asked not to be named, called on the residents to be watchful.
He said “Intelligence report (Security) on a suspect sighted in Saki Oyo state, this causes for alarm on carefulness and watchfulness by all”.
