Ifon Youths Development Forum Disowns False Endorsement of Ondo Lawmaker, Ogunmolasuyi
Ahead of the 2027 general election, The Ifon Youths Development Forum has distanced itself from a viral video in which one Kehinde Olajide Alegbe purportedly announced the group’s endorsement of Hon. Ogunmolasuyi West for the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency seat.
In a statement signed and released to our heritage Reporter by the Forum’s President, Prince Ajisola David Aragbaye, and Publicity Secretary, Mr. Victor Ekere (Piccolo), the association described Alegbe’s claim as false and misleading, emphasizing that he is neither a member nor an executive of the Forum.

RE-PURPORTED ENDORSEMENT OF HON. OGUNMOLASUYI WEST BY THE IFON DEVELOPMENT YOUTHS FORUM.
The attention of the Ifon Youths Development Forum has been drawn to a viral news in relation to the endorsement of Hon. Ogunmolasuyi West’s aspiration by one Kehinde Olajide Alegbe for the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency seat presently occupied by Otunba Dr. Timehin Adelegbe.
The endorsement was announced by one Kehinde Olajide Alegbe, who is neither a member of the Ifon Youths Development Forum, let alone being the President of the Forum as claimed in the video now in circulation.
The Ifon Development Youths Forum is an apolitical association under the able leadership of Prince Ajisola David Aragbaye and therefore wishes to dissociate itself completely from the endorsement of any political aspirant for an elective position.
The Ifon Development Youths Forum is a goal-driven association that will not hesitate to support the aspiration of any politician that is concerned about the progress, well-being and development of Ifon town, irrespective of his or her political affiliations.
Mr. Kehinde Olajide Alegbe is a Nigerian that is at liberty to support whoever that pleases him and not by claiming to be what he is not in so doing.
He is hereby advised and strongly warned to desist from dropping the Ifon Development Youths Forum’s name in his political game.
