Billionaire real estate mogul King Ochacho has officially cleared the air regarding the controversial ₦400 million mansion he gifted popular TikTok star Peller.

Speaking at an All White Lifestyle Party in Lagos, Ochacho strongly dismissed claims by critics and bloggers that the house was tied to a contract demanding that Peller advertise his son, the upcoming singer Ice King.

Ochacho emphasized that the gesture came purely from his heart with zero strings attached. While Peller has actively chosen to promote Ice King’s music, Ochacho stated it was entirely out of Peller’s own goodwill and not a forced obligation.

The billionaire revealed that the Life Camp, Abuja mansion is currently under construction. He is working hard to complete it before officially handing it over.

Because of the respect and love he has for Peller, Ochacho announced he is adding another ₦100 million to fully furnish the house. He has also granted Peller the creative freedom to direct its interior design.
